On July 19th 2010 Genesis House Inc. scored a superb 300% out of a possible 300% rating for our annual Department of Children & Families (DCF) State Audit which reviewed Clinical, Administrative, Living and Policy & Procedures Departments. Congratulations and great work Genesis House Team!

Palm Beach Zoo Trip

Genesis House enjoyed a fantastic trip to the Palm Beach Zoo this week. Following a 12-step meeting at the beach, Genesis House clients explored the beautiful Palm Beach Zoo and enjoyed meeting the many animal residents from all over the world!

4th of July BBQ

Genesis House enjoyed a relaxing day of BBQ and Florida fun to celebrate our great nations independence this year. God bless America!

July Tennis Camp

Our July Genesis House clients participated in another of our very popular tennis camps! Under the guidance of some South Florida's top tennis pros our clients were taught the basics of the great game of tennis. Genesis House believes physical fitness is a key step in long lasting recovery and tennis is a fantastic way to stay fit and have fun with friends!

March 5th 2010 - Friday Afternoon Art Therapy

On Friday March 5th Genesis House had a relaxing afternoon in the Florida sun making tie-dye shirts in the afternoon art therapy group.

December 12th, 2009 - Tennis Camp

On Saturday December 12th Genesis House played tennis with the pros! We had another of our popular tennis clinics where our clients are instructed by 3 tennis pros on the fantastic and fun game of tennis. A great time was had by all and we look forward to our next tennis camp in January!

Saturday November 21st, 2009 - Deep Sea Fishing Trip

Genesis House had another of our fantastic fishing trips off the coast of beautiful South Florida. Everyone had a fantastic day and our clients caught local game fish including Dolphin, King Fish, Red and Yellow-Tail Snapper; some even had their catches fillet and grilled their fresh local catches for dinner!

September 12th 2009 - Tennis Camp

On Saturday September 12th 2009 Genesis House had another of our exciting Tennis Camps. Our clients recieved private lessons from a group of local Tennis Pros and afterward a small meeting was held at the near by picnic gazebo. Everyone had a fantastic time and we look forward to our next camp!

August 1st 2009 - Deep Sea Drift Fishing Trip

On Saturday August 1st Genesis House had a fantastic day fishing off the beautiful Florida coast. Our Clients angled many different species including Blue Runners, Yellowtail Snapper, Red Snapper and King Fish! Everyone had a fantastic day and a number of Clients got to take home delicious fresh fish fillets from their catches to grill for dinner!

Weekly 12 Step Picnic

Genesis House believes that learning how to have fun while living clean and sober in vital to successful recovery. Barbeque Grills are available for all of clients to enjoy cooking their own food and campus cookouts are a common sight during weekends at Genesis House.

Genesis House would like to congratulate our April clients on the successful completion of our first annual Genesis Tennis Camp! Our clients learned the fundamentals of the exciting game of tennis with private instruction from three seasoned tennis pros.
